The “Bonazolae” – Colline di Levanto DOC White Wine, that leading the ancient latin name of Bonassola, was born in the hills of the village of San Giorgio, in the municipality of Bonassola, from Albarola, Bosco and Vermentino vines.

Already through the label, the wine claiming their belonging to the territory of the Riviera di Levante, exhibiting a reproduction of the Madonna della Punta in Bonassola, on the promontory of the same name, the symbol par excellence of this seaside village.

From the sensory point of view, it has a beautiful straw yellow color and a delicate but persistent fragrance, with scents of wildflowers.

In the mouth it taste dry, sapid and harmonious, typical of the DOC to which it belongs.

Alcohol content: 12% – Size: 0.75 L

Best served at a temperature moderately cool to 10°- 12° C, in large glasses that highlight the aromas.

Recipes / Tips:
It goes perfectly with seafood, specifically the La Spezia, so we advise you to match you with dishes such as cuttlefish in spiced, the stuffed mussels or clams alla marinara. It’s a wine not only excellent as an aperitif, but also usable for the whole meal.
