The farm is open all year round.

Prices set according to seasonality from a minimum of 60 € to a maximum of 200 €, a room per night, for the stay only.

The room price includes all utilities, free wi-fi, tv, air conditioning, mini fridge in the room, private parking on the roadside at 200 meters from the farmhouse, garden with solarium, use of external little kitchen, linens and towels, daily cleaning, bicycles to enjoy the cycle route Framura-Bonassola-Levanto.

To have proper accommodation of all Guests, all children must be reported at the time of booking, even younger than 3 years of age, as well as newborns.

All pets are welcome free of charge, upon notice at the time of booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Reservation, payment and cancellation policies

For booking is required a credit card Visa, Mastercard or American Express with expiration date, mobile phone number and estimated time of arrival.

To guarantee the room are not accepted debit cards or prepaid cards.

The credit card is only to guarantee the reservation without charge, but the management reserves the right to request a pre-authorization at the time of booking for the total amount of the stay.

The total payment of the stay will take place remotely on the day of arrival at the farmhouse.

You may cancel/modify your reservation without penalty up to 20 days before check-in.

For stays during July and August, you may cancel/modify your reservation without penalty up to 30 days before check-in.

In case of late cancellation/modification/no-show, you will be charged the full amount and in case of early departure will not be refunded any amounts already paid.

In case of non-possession of a credit card, we require a payment of 100% to be made on a bank account.
