Prices are per room, per stay only.
The room price includes all utilities, parking, garden with solarium, fitness kit, use outdoor kitchen, linens and towels, daily cleaning.
Continental Breakfast € 5.00 per person.
Bike rental € 5,00 per day.

Small size pets are allowed.
All of the most common credit cards are accepted.

Reservation and cancellation policies

For reservations required a credit card Visa or Mastecard, expiration date, phone number and estimated time of arrival. A credit card is only as a guarantee of the reservation without charge. It may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 20 days before check-in. In case of late cancellation, no show or early departure will be charged the full amount.
Failure to have a credit card we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to be made on the bank account.
